Judging by the GCL is a very tough way to try to gauge results. The GCL is a puzzle usually, especially during the regular season.

 

That being said, I’d rank Cov Cath #1 and the rest on the list is challenging. Louisville St. Xavier or Bowling Green at 2/3, the rest is hard to rank IMO.

 

I do believe that the best in the state is currently between Cov Cath/Male and it’s hard to say which one is better at this point.

The GCL is a tough one to figure out almost every year, this seems to happen with most of the teams in it.

How does Scott County lose to La Salle 37-7, the same team that lost to Moeller but yet they hold Moeller to 7, then allow a whopping 51 points against a low ranked team like Henry Clay? Whack.

 

When it comes to high-level teams, with depth and talent at multiple positions, it's usually about certain individual matchups and style of play strengths v. weaknesses.
