Sounds like some questionable play calling from Danville down the stretch. What would Danville do without Brennan Mcguire? No doubt the best player on the team. Kid kept Danville in the game all night. Zach Thornton seems to get banged up a lot for the Ads. They need him healthy in the district games.

After looking at the paper today, this win becomes more impressive for Tates Creek. They apparently have lost 7 starters to season ending injuries this year.

I don't think its play calling as much as its a lack of game-breaking skill players like last season. In 2017 Danville could call just about any play to 4-5 different kids and they could all score. They don't have that personnel in 2018, which means plays that worked last year don't look near as good this year.
