August 23, 20188 yr Author Not surprising. Hopefully they can get something useful for him. I’d let them have him and save the $1M.
August 23, 20188 yr Author Would they save any money by trading Harvey? Aren't the Mets paying him? They paid the difference of the two contacts to make it even. Would save around $1M.
August 24, 20188 yr They paid the difference of the two contacts to make it even. Would save around $1M. Doesn't look like he'll be traded. Solid work there by the front office again. Not even a lottery ticket of a prospect.

August 30, 20188 yr Was at the game last night. Had some awesome seats, 1st row behind the Brewers dugout. Fun game to be at, outside of being next to some super loud (sometimes annoying) Brewers fans. Dude couldn't for the life of him understand the whole Lorenzen "foul bunt" fiasco. I, as well as another Reds fan, tried to explain to him that he was clearly pulling back and not offering a bunt at the ball, therefore making it simply a foul ball. He couldn't comprehend that and just kept screaming at the umps and about how ridiculous it was. We had some fun with him when Lorenzen put the next pitch in the seats. :lol2:
