Judge In Stanford Sexual Assault Case Recalled By Voters

Judge Aaron Persky of the Santa Clara Superior Court, who sentenced former Stanford swimmer Brock Turner to only 6 months in jail after he sexually assaulted a female student at a fraternity party, has been recalled by voters by a 59-41% margin. Persky is the first California judge to be recalled since 1932.
