Dunbar vs. Bryan Station

Featured Replies

Last chance for the Dawgs to pick up a win. They have given a few games away in the District and out of District.. Bryan Station comes in at 2-7. They gave Tates Creek all they wanted last week. Senior Night for the Bulldogs.

In this year's Lexington "We're Playing for Pride Bowl", Bryan Station will walk out with their pride the least bruised and win by 13 (27-14) as Dunbar pulls the perfect "0-fer" season. Sorry Dawgs there is always baseball seaon.

Dunbar pulls this one out 20-14 and maybe gets a little momentum going into next season.

Dunbar BETTER win this one...Their is NEVER a reason for a school the calibar of PLD to go OFER!!!! NEVER!

I'm taking Bryan Station.

I remember some great games with Bryan Station back in the '70s. I loved going there and playing.

Bryan Station wins this one. Good Luck to both teams.

I can't imagine Dunbar going 0-10. However, they have lost some tight games to some good oponents. Have they just lost that much from last season?

Bryan Station lost to Woodford Co. by one point, and just barely lost to Tates Creek. If they had won those two, they would be playing for a win friday for a playoff berth. I think Coach Lucas has them going in the right direction. Look for Bryan Station to take positive momentum into the off season.

Station 28

Dunbar 14

Lost a great bunch of seniors, while everyone in the District got better, except Henry Clay , who is about the same. Dunbar fumbled some games away earlier in the year and in the District, been a play or two away from winning some tight games with Woodford Co., Tates Creek, Lafayette, and Scott Co. They should have won some of these games to be in playoff contention, but didn't. Hopefully, they will pull one out on Senior Night. They are still 0-9 but are a better team than their record. However, there is nobody and I mean NOBODY in the program or around it, that is happy about the way the season has gone.

I have seen both teams and both have some really strong points, however, I am going with Bryan Station on this one 21-7.
