Rodney Woods has been inducted into National High School Athletics Coaches Association Hall of Fame. Well deserve, 9 12th Region Titles. Wayne Co fans can give more accolades. I will say you know you’ve had a hell of a career when the court is named after you!

He's been there forever and they're always good. On occasion that they aren't very good, you can almost guarantee he's playing freshmen and in two years they'll contend for a regional title. For a rural school that isn't really big, it's pretty impressive how good Wayne County has been over the year.

I’m very happy for Coach Woods. Outstanding coach and an outstanding person. He’s one of those guys you just enjoy being around and talking to. I’ve always enjoyed any time that I have spent around him. Very deserving honor for him. I think this is awesome!!
