October 25, 200619 yr They suspended him a game for leveling a gun at an officer and a game for drug charges. I don't think a DUI conviction will get him any more than 1 more game. Wrong again. The DUI would be a 4 game suspension per the league drug policy...
October 25, 200619 yr Yup. Providing alcohol to minors... I bet the 18 year old protitute/murderer and her friends' testimony will mean a lot. Again, no evidence or proof, just some street walker and her friends testimony. He'll walk, but I don't think the NFL will even punish him for such minor misdemeanor like this one.
October 25, 200619 yr Wrong again. The DUI would be a 4 game suspension per the league drug policy... Cocaine, Crack, Meth or whatever Thurman took got him 4 games, and this is the same.
October 25, 200619 yr Cocaine, Crack, Meth or whatever Thurman took got him 4 games, and this is the same. Yup. You get one free pass, and then it's four games. That's the policy, like it or not...
October 25, 200619 yr You are missing his night with an 18 year old hooker and her 15 and 16 year old friends... Isn't that what he is on probation in Kenton County for? I'm not implying that you are wrong. I truly can't keep track of his different arrests and what is going on with them.
October 25, 200619 yr Yup. You get one free pass, and then it's four games. That's the policy, like it or not... Totally off subject, but that is also my understanding. So it is safe to assume that this is Merriman from San Diego's secon failed test.
October 25, 200619 yr Wrong again. The DUI would be a 4 game suspension per the league drug policy... My only real question about this would be wouldn't he have had to have another hit against him as far as the drug policy? I thought he was suspended by the league for something like not acting like an NFL player should.

October 25, 200619 yr Totally off subject, but that is also my understanding. So it is safe to assume that this is Merriman from San Diego's secon failed test. Correct. Strike two for Lights Out...

October 25, 200619 yr Why isn't it his right?? If you want to get into NFLPA technicalities, then is it his right to be able to play? Maybe, I don't know. However with all the trouble he has caused/been in, I would have absolutely no problem with him not playing the rest of the year...just to send him a message.
October 25, 200619 yr A DUI would be strike two in relation to the drug policy... Thank you for answering all of my questions.

Just becasue you think a message should be sent to him doesn't mean its not his right to play.
October 26, 200619 yr Just becasue you think a message should be sent to him doesn't mean its not his right to play. Which is why I made that last post...I'm just saying that Marvin is under no obligation.
