No. He said they were redoing the field and it appeared turf was going down.

 

I am guessing he was mistaken.

The field is receiving a lot of attention: New playing surface, moving it down several yards so that it fits better in the area Raceland has, and new bleachers. No turf...........yet.

This year was my first time at a Raceland game and both things you mentioned were obviously in need of improvement. One set of visitors bleachers were crazy dangerous. Glad to see their improvements.
