Tuesday Jan. 9

6:30 JBS VS Pineville

8:00 Hazard VS Shelby Valley

Wednesday Jan. 10

6:30 Leslie Co. VS Bell Co.

8:00 Perry Central VS Pikeville

I believe these games are at Perry Central. What is everyone's thoughts on these games and the tournament as a whole?

14th region looks pretty strong. I think the winner of the tourny will come from the 14th. Just not sure who it will be.

I'm going with June Buchanan to win the tournament.

You are correct. The WYMT Tourny is @ Perry County Central.

Glad to see the Mountain Classic away from Knott County. Knott has excellent facilities but Zero parking.

It's not so much the parking as a problem as it is the exit from the parking areas. There's only one way in there, and one way out!

When you have nearly 5,000 people and hundreds of vehicles to deal with after a game, well, the logistics of a one-exit venue can cause a little 'impatience' and aggravation, to say the least.

I'm going with June Buchanan to win the tournament.

I agree...Looks like the first of several tournaments JBS will win in the near future.

June Buchanan is a talented club but they don't have an easy opening game. Now I might be wearing my famed "maroon and gold glasses" but I think Pineville has a good shot at beating everybody's favorite.
