Somerset @ Lynn Camp

What turns will the road have to take for LC not to make the playoffs?

Losing the next two games. Losing the next game. Williamsburg beating Cumberland. Tie breakers, again, will destroy any hope LC has for post season play. Winning out is about the only hope we have, and that is a VERY uphill charge.

I really can't see us scoring 35 points or more on the Jumpers. Somerset will be up for this game. I hope the Cats are, but they are an unemotional lot this year.

I can see Somerset being held to a lower total than usual, mostly because of the same reasons LC99 pointed out earlier. If this game gets real ugly, it will be because of our special teams play. Bad plays on special teams at the worst possible time has kind of been our MO this year. The Cats are playing for their "extra lives" this week and next. We'll see if they step up and play the kind of ball that they are capable of now.

I say Somerset 60 Lynn Camp 35

Somerset 46

Lynn Camp 12

Have to agree. Somerset too much speed, Lynn Camp one dimensional (although their one dimension is one of the best, if not the best RB in Single A)

Lynn Camp won't have an answer for Somerset's speed

Somerset 48

Lynn Camp 14

Somerset a big favorite but LC has the kind of team that can pull the upset with a ball control running game. If LC can run 50 to 60 plays and gain 250 yards rushing they could pull the upset. If they cant lok for Somerset to win 45-14.

Tight... well then again, not tight. Lynn Camp plays with Somerset for the 1st half and then Somerset starts playing physical with them. I'll take Somerset 35-20.

However, I think playing this team the week before Harlan (who is pretty well off with Pineville this week) may have an impact on the Jumpers. While Harlan doesn't run the Wishbone/Power I with 2 TE's anymore, they are still arguably the most physical team in this district. Hopefully the Jumpers stay healthy because their schedule could end up looking like this...

Lynn Camp

Harlan

Just throwing that out there...

If Lynn Camp can hang on to the ball they will be fine that has been their problem all year..turnovers...Its no secret that Roskopf will carry it 40 times and Deaton is going to throw it 40 times...They both are outstanding athletes but if Lynn Camp can hang onto the ball and Score when they drive it down the field they should have no problem....
