I just finished watching it. OBVIOUSLY it was a part of the act. The Ref interfered three times (the third time being the time Roman gave a slight push back) when Refs don't normally interfere.

 

Furthermore, I know the WWE has to come up with creative ways so that no one takes a clean loss and I am fine with that but don't tinkle in my ear WWE and tell me it is raining (pun intended) by claiming one of your wrestlers is being fined for something that is a part of the show. That pushes me away from the WWE.
