I don't think Winston Hines is even leading his TEAM in rushing, let alone the state and I know that Pulaski Co. doesn't have anyone averaging over 200 yards a game. Have to agree with on that one... another funny thing with his stats, it says he is averaging 254.6 ypg but only 1 touchdown. :confused: Not likely!!!
