Didn't that appear to be an obvious pass interference when Bell Co. intercepted the Corbin pass?

It most definitely appeared to be a shove before the interception.

 

Bell starts the 3rd moving the ball for a few first down but throws a long interception inside the Corbin 10.

After driving 70 yards, Corbin fumbles on direct snap to RB. Bell takes over at own 35.
