The Jumpers (3-2) have put together a good run of results lately... Wins over ranked opponents Williamsburg, Hazard, and North Laurel and a close loss to Beechwood.

 

Rockcastle County (4-0) can't get caught looking ahead to next week's ultra important district showdown with Wayne County. The Rockets piled up 365 rushing yards in a 42-13 win over Harrison County in Week 4.

This game will be a true test of who wants it more. Somerset says you can't run on me and held NL a run first team in check and won. Rock is a team that says i can and I will run on anyone. They have rushed for 1689 yards in only 4 games. That's pretty impressive running the ball 92% of the time and that is due to the strong physical line play.

 

Something has to give in this one should be a interesting game.

Somerset may have toughest schedule around. They have played some really good and tough teams.

It will be another hard hitting game.

This game plays into Somersets strength once again. Rockcastle has only played two decent teams and that was Whitley and Lincoln. Those game where close. Whitley threw for over 300 yards and Somerset liked to throw it. Somerset has a nice run game too but hasn't really relied on it much. I also don't think the game will be too high scoring either. I'm going to go with

Is/will be Rock's offensive line. I doubt Somerset has played a O-Line as strong and physical as Rock's.

Somerset has their work cut out for them hosting the #4 team in 4A this week.

Every team Somerset has played this season has come into the game undefeated. This will be the 6th undefeated team the Jumpers have played.
