How did CAL look?

 

Fast, big oline and well coached. CAL is a great school one of my favorite 2A teams. Side note Paulson didn't play lastnight for the Gophers probably red shirting.

Pretty much the reason I was pulling for CAL. At some point adults have to put player safety above perceived advantages.

 

There was no injuries due to field conditions. This was a game in the elements. It was football, imagine that. No reason to move to another night. But double check with your sources about saying CH wouldn't move it. Just saying!

Cal has a very disciplined defense was impressed. First time for me to see them in action. Good luck to them and may you have better weather the rest of the year.

Central Hardin has the best grass field I have seen in years. It held up a lot better than I expected. The grounds crew needs a lot of recognition and I am sure they will be hard at work this week-end getting it ready for the next game.
