September 4, 20179 yr Is he a top 10 QB? If so you pay him. His numbers are actually pretty dang good, aside from wins and losses. That has way more to do with the lions being a garbage organization. They've won one playoff game in like 50 years or something crazy like that. Whats the alternative? Start over with a rookie you drafted? I think you pay him, he's a good QB. September 5, 20179 yr Jim McMahon? I'm taking Stafford and it's not even close. of course it's about wins and losses but if you want to judge an individual player it's not as important. As a team the lions are garbage and have been years. Near or at the bottom in rushing every year. Go ahead and take him. I'll take the guy who wins, the guy who the OL loves, the guy who the D fights for and the guy who just finds a way. Stafford is nice qb, JM is a winner. I love qb's who teams rally around no matter their physical abilities.
