Player and Team Improvement

Which coaching staffs out there develop players and consistently get better as individuals and as a team?

I believe most coaching staffs do this. Most teams get better as the year goes on. It is more with how much time and effort is the kid willing or able to do.

I couldn't agree with this more. The coaches can only lead a "Horse to the water" He cant make them drink. I am convinced if a player is willing to do more outside of normal practice, weights and training at school. They can improve vastly. Outside training and summer camps can create next level athletes.

SK coaching staff have done an excellent job developing players especially at the quarter back position.

Spot on. You can tell who has been working extra and who hasn't. You win in the gym, the field is where you get to show the world how hard you've been going.
