Hehe yeah I remember those Troxell matches Phil...good times. Watch out for North Hardin in Region 2; for a long time now all the Region 2 teams have been teaming up to take down the Larue Empire, this could be the year.

:fight: Conner should have a good freshman group they placed in state at middle school level TJ Bates, Austin Pugh and Huston Dockery I can't remember the others name

I always like to watch Bozeman lead those boys. He's a great coach. ...

I have been impressed by coach Bozeman. His teams are always competitive and handle themselves with class and pride.

Anyone have insight on middle school programs ? Son is new to the sport (2nd year ) . Just curious to know how to compare when he goes against someone good or experienced .

McCreary Middle has had extremely good teams in wrestling, and they won the Elementary State Championship last year. If he starts wrestling early and continues, I'm sure he can be good.

Thanks Sportsfan . I should of been more specific . We live in No. Ky. Not sure we will see any of the teams from other areas unless he goes to state . Thanks again and best of luck .

If you want to find a good youth wrestling program, you should talk to the coach from the high school he plans to attend, they normally have a program that they prefer.
