June 21, 20179 yr The United States Climate Alliance has been formed by the governors of New York, California and Washington. They plan to uphold the parameters of the Paris Accord. This United States Climate Alliance signed by governors of New York, California, Washington and any other states who choose to do so, do this in the name of citizens living in their state? How do they break down the cost per state to compensate the under developed nations? Can other states join after the fact of these three forming their Alliance?
