And I agree about country music being crap. I'll gave this a listen. Sounds about the same, maybe a little less painful. At least they didn't raise their glass to drink a beer or do a shot while riding on their pick up truck or tractor.

Love the Pistol Annies! If it motivates anyone to give them a try, one of the three members, Angaleena Presley, is from Kentucky. She is unfortunately the only one of the three not to have any success as a solo artist. The other two members are Miranda Lambert and Ashley Monroe.

Not sure that I'd consider the Annies old school but they are quite good together.
