May 4, 20179 yr Ouch. Gotta a feeling Trillium dropping out will upset a lot of patrons. Still havent had one. Trillium is known a lot for for their juicy, hoppy, NEIPA's. They really aren't that big in the sour world yet.
May 4, 20179 yr Author Trillium is known a lot for for their juicy, hoppy, NEIPA's. They really aren't that big in the sour world yet. Oh for sure. But I still think thats a big name that craft beer fans would be bummed that they were dropping from the event. Be like if I was going to an IPA Festival but someone like Wicked Weed was attending but changed their mind. Even though it ain't their forte, I'd be bummed.
May 6, 20179 yr Update: Apparently Heiniken purchased the other 50% of Heiniken yesterday. Can't blame AB for Lagunitas. They sold a 50% stake to Heineken. Might as well add Ballast Point to the list. They sold to Constellation Brands for a billion. :scared: It's about like kids leaving UK to go pro. Can't blame them at all. I look at it this way, if you like the beer, drink it. Who cares who owns it.
