At that point you are purposely throwing at the batters head. Im all for retaliation, but not at a dudes head. 4 games isnt enought. 30 at minimum seems appropriate.

Do they care about safety or not. If bad pee gets you 80 days, surely 30 for throwing at a dudes head is reasonable.

On Monday the Orioles hit Mookie Betts. That was followed up on Tuesday by a pitch about 3 inches over Benintendi's head. Chris Sale then threw one behind Machado's rear end. This prompted Machado to go on any expletive filled tirade when asked about it after the game. Through all this ridiculousness the benches never cleared and the Red Sox never did hit Machado. Finally today Rob Manfred held a conference call with Showalter and Farrell to tell them to knock it off. That was followed up by Kevin Gausman hitting Xander Bogaerts with a curveball and getting tossed in the 2nd inning tonight. It was clearly an accident and he was tossed immediately. This has gotten ridiculous.
