Starling Marte, in a statement, says "neglect and lack of knowledge" led to PED suspension. Nandrolone is an injection-only steroid. Uh-huh.

I believe Melky Cabrera was eligible to return for the postseason after serving his suspension for PEDS several years ago. His team (Giants?) decided not to activate him, but he was eligible for postseason play as I recall.

It was part of the agreement from 2014.
