March 27, 20179 yr I went on spring break here for about 5 years in a row, doesn't get much better than this place beach wise. I would recommend Phillippi Creek Oyster bar for dinner. The Daiquiri Deck for Happy hour they usually have some good drink prices and a band playing. I never went golfing down there but the deep sea fishing was always a good time and parasailing. I can't remember what companies we went through for the fishing and parasailing though.
March 27, 20179 yr FYI, it got up to 88 here yesterday. I'm a little over an hour north of Siesta, with no traffic. The breeze off the Gulf has been cool, though.

Have a great time...one of the best beaches on the gulf!!! :thumb:
March 27, 20179 yr Lived there for 2 years about 20 years ago Best sand in the world Hated the drawbridges and the q-tips(nickname for little gray-haired elderly drivers) and seasonal tourists Lido Beach is close if you want to show off a thong or less Loved deep sea fishing and snorkeling
