Science Friction
Anyone coming down to the Arena tomorrow for this one. The two best teams in the 13th meet in the first game in the Semifinal round Saturday afternoon. This one has the makings of a doozy, a dandy, a big ole piece of basketball candy!!! In head-to head games this season, Corbin won by 5 in the CFIT and the Panthers won by 13 at Knox in January. Who moves on to Monday night's championship game? Science Friction
This is a tough one to call. Corbin has the best player but Knox may have a little more from top to bottom. The Hounds seem to be playing a bit better at this stage, but I think both teams will likely be at their best tomorrow when the competitive juices start flowing. I'd be surprised if this one doesn't come down to the last handful of possessions.
catfan09
I'll go with Corbin. Taylor is a big game player.
Science Friction
I'll go with Corbin. Taylor is a big game player. Indeed he is. 43/ 40/ 43 in his first three district and regional tourney games.
The Professor
I think Knox Central has Corbin's number this year, and that number is 5.....as in point differential in a loss.
ErnestTBass
Hard to go against Corbin in this one. Seems like Knox just can't get over the hump and win a region title.
4chs
Hard to go against Corbin in this one. Seems like Knox just can't get over the hump and win a region title. I believe this is the year for Knox to win it. Corbin will need another heroic effort from Taylor to pull it out, something that he is obviously capable of though. Knox has more weapons though.
