South Oldham (10-5) vs. Eastern (10-5) 1/10/17

Featured Replies

South Oldham (10-5) hosts Eastern (10-5) Tuesday 1-10-17 at South. (Kentucky High School Athletic Association | KHSAA – Student-athletes of Today, Leaders of Tomorrow is incorrect and states the game is at Eastern)

Should be interesting. Gene Heffington's second South squad has come a long way since last year's 7 win season and has won 7 of their last 9 games. Sydney Herald is an absolute beast; her line against Oldham on Friday was impressive: 11 of 15 overall (2 of 4 beyond the arc) 24 points / 12 rebounds.

Herald had 15 in the game before against Collins in a two point loss, and tacked 26 points / 9 rebounds on Adair County (including 6 of 9 threes) in the game before that.

Eastern has lost two of their last three, BUT those losses were to Region 7 power Manual by five and region 6 powerhouse Bullitt East by 10.

These two last met 1/17/15 at South Oldham, with South winning, 76-74.

This game could be a real barn-burner.

If you can't make this year's game, the game will be broadcast live (and archived) internet video on the Pegasus Sports Network. The Pegasus Sports Network - PSN

Pregame show begins at 7 pm.

Did this game evaporate? Nothing exists on the khsaa website tonight, but it was listed yesterday.

I heard that it was not played due to a scheduling conflict???
