How many did the softball pitcher have?

Not sure! She had a nice game.

Don't judge her on the court! Shes a pitcher, not a bball player! LOL!

Pitcher had 15.

I thought the game was played at a fairly high level for the first game of the year for both teams. Highlands played with great energy, but they struggled in the post due to their lack of height. Sacred Heart has many weapons for this year and go 9 deep without skipping a beat. Our Freshman will do nothing but improve as the season progresses, especially our post player Clemons. Clemons is still rusty because she recently joined the team after playing varsity on the Volleyball team.

Good luck to the Bluebirds.

SH has all the tools to make a great run. I love watching them move the ball. They seem to all know their roles too. That is huge. SH just better than us last night. But our girls are playing for the first time without two guards that have been in place for the last 6 years. The other players have to evolve into the go to kids now. So with the addition of Martin and mixing in some young kids, it's gonna take time to get polished. I was happy with the way they played and competed. Playing SH this year is only going to help the development in the end.

Good luck to SH the rest of the way. SH is always a class act too!

I just feel if I keep telling her that, she'll quit basketball and come to winter softball workouts! Think I got a shot at that???

How is the girl that injured her knee doing? I think it was Macy Gabbard.

I hope it wasn't too serious, but didn't look good.

Will find out today, doesn't look good but we are hoping for the best. Tore her ACL her freshman year on the other leg. She is a great kid and a tough kid as well. Praying for the best.

Hoping for the best. Outstanding kid and a senior. Hoping it's not as serious as it looked.

We wish her the best through an emotional time for her. Tough whenever that happens, but especially hard when it's your senior year. Praying for her and a speedy recovery.
