I would add at the most two hundred yards to what Jeremy Hill's totals are for the season, whatever that number is. Zeke would not even be in the discussion for MVP.

 

It would be way more than Jeremy Hills numbers. Zeke would be the main guy. Hill was splitting equal time with Gio. No Zeke would not be MVP. Not even close. But I've never seen a good running back without a good offensive line. Everybody looks bad behind a bad O line, nobody looks as good as Zeke behind a great line either. Zeke would easily be a 1000 yard rusher for the Bengals. The dude is special.

He wouldn't be going for 2000. But he's a 1000 yard back easily for the Bengals.

It's so hard to tell how good Zeke really is. This same line produced a 2000 yard back two years ago. This same line made Darren McFadden a 1000 yard back and kept him rather healthy for the first time in his career. There is so many times where Zeke doesn't even get touched until the second level where there is only the secondary left. He is a very talented back but just hard to tell exactly how talented in comparison to others.

 

If Zeke was with the bengals he would still be splitting carries with Gio. Zeke wouldn't have got a chance to get in a true rhythm. As for Hill just look at his rookie year. He took off when Gio got hurt and he became the guy full time. Hill showed what he could do when the line gave him actual running room that year and actually got in a rhythm since he was the main guy. He did run for a 1000 yards and over 5 yards a carry starting just half a year. Since his rookie year they went back to splitting series, so he never had a chance to get in the same rhythm as his rookie year. We still have seen him break some big runs when he actually has a hole and he still has been one of the top 2 backs in the nfl in scoring tds. So I think Hill is more talented than what we get to see because of having to share time and a bad O line.

 

I think if Zeke was here his numbers wouldn't be much better, because of those reasons. Zeke is very talented but I don't think his talent would have shown as much if here. With a bad line, and the Gio effect it would have been hard. Gio is like Sproles, Sproles no matter where he goes he cuts into the main backs time on the field. So even with Zeke here Gio would have got similar playing time as he does now. In a perfect world the dang Bengal coaches would learn how to have both running backs in at the same time, since they could move Gio to the slot, but they refuse to do that.
