January 1, 20179 yr They didn't lose their jobs. That's good. The only reason I could see them losing their jobs would have been for missing work because they were in jail. Usually not a legit reason to miss work. Lol

I agree, that's why I asked the question about them being charged had one been pushing the other in a shopping cart. The bike had brakes, shopping cart no. But I would bet their would have been no charges or probably not even police involved had it been a shopping cart instead of the bike.
January 1, 20179 yr Had someone got hurt I could see higher charge ( felony?) But those of you who say it doesn't matter that no one got hurt, remember that next time you read about a auto accident and the charges that come from it off any.
