This judge was appointed by Obama I thought ? Simple fact whether you agree with the rule or not the means the Obama adminstration went about changing the rules never seemed constitutional to me. It was one of the many things he did without Congressional approval.
November 28, 20169 yr Wife's company has cancelled their plans to transition people back to hourly. Everyone is very happy about this at her place of employment (from what she tells me).
