Trump and the Republicans will pass legislation to build the wall. Politically, they have no choice and construction will start before election day 2018. The biggest obstacle to building a wall will be all of the liberal bureaucrats populating the EPA and other federal agencies that will attempt to delay construction. I will predict that construction on the wall will begin on July 1, 2018. That will be just in time to build enough wall for some photo-ops prior to the elections.

 

I am not concerned with whether or not a wall is finished. I just want to see the rule of law restored. The outlaws have had their way long enough - and by outlaws, I mean the Obama administration and its Department of Injustice.

If he waits for the down payment from Mexico, well...it's gonna be a while. Of he's going to build it and bill them, then I'm gonna call him on his business acumen.

I'd venture to say it could be built with all the drug money that crosses and is siezed.
