I went and voted Wednesday...voted early since I work the polls, and a guy was in there with a mail in absentee ballot trying to turn it in. According to him, he was in the process moving to TN, had gotten the ballot because he didn't think he was going to be around on election day or between now and then, but happened to have to come into town so he figured he would drop it off. Clerks office wouldn't take it, said by state law it HAD to be mailed in...guy wouldn't even touch it. Ticked the guy off quite a bit. I just thought it was somewhat unusual.

Yep, my in laws just did theirs and as I was reading the instructions, it was clear they needed to be mailed.

 

I thought it could be hand delivered until I read it.

I'm gonna edit the thread title before we start discussing jetes and pirouettes and leotards.
