Breathitt scored late to make it 28-22

First time since 1989 that Estill has defeated Breathitt County. Loudest I have ever heard Hoover Niece Field get.

Thanks for posting @All State Baseball

Congrats Estill!

Congrats, as I said in the prediction thread before the game that this would be the year to beat Breathitt for Estill for the first time since 1989.

I don't think these are official stats yet but here is what I have.

Breathitt County 50 plays for 182 total yards (all rush)...11 1st downs (5-11 on 3) (1-3 on 4)....3 TO's....3 penalties for 74 yards

Estill County 49 plays for 354 total yards (all rush)...16 1st downs (3/7 on 3) (0-1 on 4)...0 TO's....6 penalties for 72 yards.

I think if Estill hadn't turned it over on downs late in the game and had got a first down like they thought and everyone else thought, causing Breathitt to score, the score would have been 28-14.
