Did Tierney get a red card? Or did NDA only have 11 healthy players? I know NDA has been hit very hard with a ton of injuries to some of their best players, a few of these season ending injuries.

Sounds like an instant classic. Considering the injuries and NDA playing with 10 for the last 20 minutes or so of the second half, probably not a bad result for them.

The potential rematch in the 9th region will be one not to miss.

NO IDEA WHY I PUT 2ND QTR???? Guess I had FB on the mind as I was trying to guestimate game play time off picture time stamps.

 

NDA was down one around 70-75% of the game.

Hellmann had the other goal for NDA. Unfortunate timing to play down a player for 3/4 of the match, tonight will mark the 3rd day in a row that the Panda's have played, and their fourth in the past five days.

They are in incredible shape then, b/c they were flying up the field. Their goalie is a great weapon to start counters with her ability to just bash the heck out of the ball, but put exactly where it needs to go. Highlands defenders had a really hard time with passes over the top. NDA's attackers did a really good job of using their height to win headers and win balls out of the air once they bounced (ball looked like super ball last night.) HHS looked like they lost their composure after NDA tied it up about 45 second after HHS went ahead. Lots of kick ball and such while NDA was just bombing down the field. W/ about 2 minutes to go, they got to see the ball for a little bit and it seemed to settle them down. They then looked very dangerous in attack and it paid off at the end. That whole sequence was impressive, quick throw-in, nice move to beat defender, pass to the wing on the outside, cross, nice soft volley. Really cool to watch.

Now that changes a lot. NDA playing with 10 for 60 minutes and 3rd game in 3 days/4th if 5 days, playing on the road, loosing in the last seconds, really encouraging result for them considering these circumstances. Surprised NDA agreed to this rescheduled date.

Can't wait for the rematch with much, much more on the line. At this point NDA may be the favorite given the last night's situation.

Certain referees love their air pressure gage ie. Ball was like a superball. Straight red must have been a really bad tackle.

Didn't look like it was for a tackle. Looked like something was said to the ref. As to ball, sounded and looked like they actually had them inflated properly for once.

 

That said, both teams look like they have some weak spots to be exploited. Still not sure NDA would win if they met again.
