People who don't put their personal cell phones on vibrate or turn them down at their work stations. Those of us who are working or on the business phones doing business have to hear the STUPID loud ringtones a million times because the owner of that phone is not at their desk! (More than likely outside taking that 15th smoke break. I've often thought about taking up smoking so I could get 15 breaks a day.)

One of my VPs leaves his sound on and it dings every time he gets an email in all meetings. And the ESPN tone when he gets a sports update. Moron!
