Much closer than I expected a few plays here and there and it could of went either way. The 1st TD Newcath kept the drive alive by converting a 4th and 15 then the 2nd TD was off a blocked punt. If Hesch would of had a decent target last night Newport may of came away with a victory. But anyways could of, should of, would of, congrats Newcath and to Newport keep your heads up you played great.

Im very proud of the wildcats and they way they played. They hung tough and the Defense gave incredible effort. The offense is still behind but if the defense plays like they did tonight they will keep them in some ball games. Keep your heads up boys, prolly the best team you will play all year.

Well I think stupid penalties is what is killing the Breds offence.They turned 2nd and 2 or 3 to 1 and 20 at least 4 times.They would drive all the way down the field to about the 20 or 30 of Newport and then go backwards.

Most of their penalties should decrease as the season progresses and the players are more familiar with the scheme... New Cath had ALOT of delay of game calls
