Not a lot of traffic on the girls side yet this season.

Any comments to make regarding some interesting match ups scheduled to be played today?

Ryle @ Brossart

Boone Co @ Campbell Co

Beechwood @ Cooper

NDA @ Mason OH

Dixie @ Simon Kenton

Assumption @ Lex Cath

#8 NDA @ #10 Mason OH and #6 Assumption @ # 3 Lex Cath should both be well worth the cost of admission!

St Ursuline OH at Highlands.

Thanks for pointing this game out Birdie Tweet. To my defense it is not listed on the KHSAA site, is it a late addition to the HHS schedule?

How is Ursuline Academy (no Saint in their name) this season? They can be pretty good to average.

Typically not in the same "league" as St Ursula Academy.

Highlands plays Ursuline( they were ranked a couple spots behind Highlands I believe), st Ursula and another Cincinnati school which I forget who at the present time. He really improved their schedule this year, wanting to play a very tough schedule; they play many teams in top 20 not to mention the Cincinnati schools. Not sure why all Highlands games not showing up on KHSAA site.

Highlands beats Ursuline 1 to nil.

NDA beat Mason 1-0.

Big applause for HHS and NDA! Got to love NKY teams beating teams across the river.

Boone 3 Campbell 0

4 yellow cards in this game. Congrats on big wins to highlands and NDA!! Way to represent KY!!

Ryle 3 Brossart 0

That Boone v Campbell game must have been physical.

Why the need to point this out, and your only comment on the game ? IMO 4 YCs is not an excessive number for a HS game, where a lot of referees are quick to pull out the card.

How did Ryle look? Who scored their goals?

Was anyone at the NDA/Mason game who can fill us in on the action? Mason was the #1 or 2 ranked team in Cincinnati so far this season. Great win for the Pandas!

Ryle continues to get better by each game. The defense was solid. Sarah Poe scored 1 goal, cannot remember the other two

Mason was preseason #10 and #8 after week one.
