Hillvue Height Baptist Church Bowling Green, KY

Anyone have any news from Bowling Green about the possible attack at Hillvue Heights Church today? I just received a call saying that several people were stabbed during service. This is all of the info I have at this time. My son attends Hillvue and I actually got to baptize two of my grandchildren there.

Just got this off of WBKO. I thank God my son and his family hadn't got to church yet.

Our son and his family had just pulled into the church parking lot as it happened. They were able to leave uninjured.

Thanks I just talked to my son's girlfriend they went to another church to attend service and now are on their way home.

Was at the service when everything occurred. From what I've been told by friends at PD and within the Church a son stabbed his father during alter call. Unsure of situation leading to the horrid event, or what motive was, but was domestic in nature.

 

With that being said it was truly surreal being in the service with so much panic going on. The Church handled the situation about as best as it could have been. Sitiation was defused fairly quickly, but panic set in as many were unsure of what exactly was happening.
