Any lawsuit our nation has to pay as a result needs to come out of this Congress's pocket.

Just cause they can sue doesn't mean any country would ever pay anyone? Why would they? I didn't read the article, but don't see how that would even work.

This is a dumb idea and bad foreign policy precedent.
