First of all, that wasn't much more than a couple of elementary kids scuffle. The video is hard for me to make out anything with clarity, but it didn't look like even the fighters (really just looked like one kid) should have been handcuffed. The bigger kid seemed to just try and ignore the smaller one.

 

There just has to be more than we can see or know. if this is all that happened way over the top to handcuff. I haveno idea why the bystanders would be handcuffed either.

But teachers let two girls duke it out at Scott and nothing happened to them..the child who reposted the video get's in trouble. ..So now the kids have to be the authority figures at school. I'm lost, nothing with the schools and leo ever makes sense anymore.

Fighting is generally an automatic suspension. Often, in the coarse of "breaking up a fight" you end up having to defend yourself thus becoming a combatant in the eyes of authority.

Something doesnt add up, the video in the links is fighting in a residential neighborhood, not on school property.

Gotcha. I think the second link I posted talked about it being at someone's house.

I dont get the outrage on the surface. There was a fight, on video, police get video. Bring in all parties to the station and question them. Perhaps the handcuffs and a squad car ride is enough to scare them from a life of violence.

It's not that they were questioned.

 

They were charged because they did not jump in and break up a fight.
