April 16, 201610 yr Family night at the movies. I thought it was really well done, little boy did a good job and it was a nice version of the story. CGI was pretty seamless, it was hard to tell in a lot of cases what was real and what was CGI. There was one GREAT Easter Egg in the movie that pays homage to one of the stars (Voices) that I'd bet the very vast majority will see and never make the connection. Overall it was a good family movie and there were several people in the theater that applauded after the movie. BTW for those that worship at the Rotten Tomatoes Alter is has a RT rating of 100%
April 24, 201610 yr I saw it tonight in Winchester and through enjoyed it. It's amazing what can be done with CGI these days.
April 25, 201610 yr Its a good movie for sure to watch,BUT I am such a fan of the original cartoon that it comes in second place.
