April 16, 201610 yr Anyone hear from people in Japan as to the situation? The 6.2 was bad, but now it seems it was a foreshock to the 7.0 that hit early Saturday morning in Japan. News seems light given a two major quakes with aftershocks over magnitude 5 occuring around every other hour or so. https://weather.com/safety/earthquake/news/major-earthquake-japan-impacts Above from this link on twitter: Jascha Polet on Twitter: "Landslide that destroyed bridge after Kumamoto earthquake https://t.co/Lct5ZLt4Xx https://t.co/SgW8nAGQbg"
