What does Central Hardin need to do to improve in 2016? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

Central Hardin had a great season last year. They overcame significant injuries to pull out their first regional crown if I remember correctly. I don't however know what they have coming back this year, but will definitely try to make it to BG when they play the Purples on Sept 23.

They return a good nucleus of players. I would say Darius Barbour will be their stud on offense and defense and their qb has a year of experience under his belt. Without a doubt, Central Hardin will play some tough Defense. I would say they would be in the hunt again for region crown

Central Hardin lost seniors Xavier Arnette, RB/LB, Alex Bibb, TE/DL, Seth Bryan, WR/ LB, Aaron Chandler, LB, Tyler Conner, DE, Leighton Connors, DL, Collin Dobbs, DL, Austin Pence, LB. Lots of holes to fill on defense. Central Hardin won't have the size on both sides of the ball that they did last year but have a talented group of incoming freshman and sophomores. Jacob Hobbs is a promising young talent at QB, and of course Central returns QB Reece Iler and what I think is one of the best RB in the state with Darious Barbour. Mattingly will ensure that this team is physical up front, and always has a stout 4-4 defense. Overall, not as strong as last year but good enough to beat North Hardin and a rebuilding Meade County, for the District title.

I was thinking the same thing. They really did lose a lot of skilled talent, and some quality linemen. Barbour is very good, and will difficult for any team to contain.
