Josh deserves a good senior season after all the injuries that he has been through. Who played fullback and how did the receivers and both lines play?

From what I watched, it was mainly Martin and Light in the backfield together. Sometimes it would be one of those two with Sewell back there. All three looked pretty good. Jake Reeves was impressive catching passes along with Madon and Sewell. Corbin threw the ball A LOT.

 

The line worked in spurts but for the most part looked pretty impressive. I like the way the Hayden kid plays. He's a big body that seems to have a mean streak and want to bust things up. They are still young but solid up front. I'd say by midseason, we'll be looking at a legit contender down here in Corbin.

From what i could tell Corbin only ran 2 - 3 plays the whole night. Freeman, Sanders and Campbell should make a big difference on both sides.

 

I was impressed with Pinevilles QB, just doesn't have much around him......they probably threw as much or more than Corbin....

Corbin still working on who will play defense of line. They started freshman Guy Lewallen last night and he played well as did Hayden Martin Nantz woody. Rob is playing in the slot alot. Corbin looked good but the real test will be ROCK.

hayden is starting on offense and rotates alot on defense... i have heard that he is up to about 294 and last night he did look like he could still move

I don't know about all of that because Eric was unbelievably strong but Sewell could turn into the same type of player. How come French played only mop up minutes?

French is probably still trying to get accustomed to the contact again after sitting out last year with the knee injury. He should work his way into the rotation before the year is out.

What i am saying is Sewell has the same body type Blackwood had and allready has the speed. It wouldn't take too many off seasons for him to catch up to the strength and the quickness.

Thats all they need to run. Don't need to show much at all. Larkey had his eyes sittin in the stands.

How about Nolan and Taz? Surely they are rotating in on the defensive line as well.

As of right now Guy Lewallen and Sean Nolan are starting on the defensive line with Hayden rotating in. Taz wasn't in the mix yet. Daniel Nantz was also rotating in.
