Anybody know why #50 for Holmes didn't play in the second half? Or why #13 had a bag of ice on her face for most of the 2nd half? More curious as to why #50 (who started the game) didn't play in the 2nd half.

I have to say it was kinda cool seeing Newport in the region. Those girls have played together and fought together for a long time at the varsity level. They were a good class and I'm glad to see them get somewhat of an award for their senior year. If Kylie Orr would have been blessed with a little more height, she'd be a wanted commodity. The girl understands the game and amazes me with what she gets done with the frame she was given. The others hustle their tails off and make it work for them. I wish I could have gotten a hold of some of their players when they were younger. Nice job Wildcats!!

#50 wasn't feeling well. I'd imagine they opted to rest her vs risk making her feel worse with a comfortable lead.
