Final

Coach Back has turned things around for Jackson City here lately.

Wow !!!!

Someone told me that this is their second win this season against them and third since 1934.

Yep...

Yep...

I'm happy for them!

Something I heard tonight.....one of Jackson City's best players from last year transferred to Breathitt for this year. And the Tigers still beat the Bobcats for the 55th title.

Yep....Jordan Barnett....

Since January 19th, Jackson City has went on a 10-1 run, including two wins over Breathitt County, Buckhorn and Wolfe County. The lone loss came to Hazard, @ Hazard by 9...48-39....

Tigers may find themselves in the regional championship game...Playing extremely good ball at the right time.

What was the reasoning for the transfer?

What was the reasoning for the transfer?

Don't know. Had no idea he was even at Breathitt until during this season...

BTW, this game was NOT at Riverside, it was at the Breathitt high School Coliseum, assuming Riverside was still the host.

When is the regional draw?

The last time that JC won a district (2006) , they went to the finals of the region, losing to Hazard by 7. Could be an interesting tournament.

Sunday at 2 PM.
