37th District

Featured Replies

A question for friends in the 37th district. Is the 37th seeded this year? I see where Campbell and Scott did not play Calvary and the Grove this year. Plus I see the big 3 only playing each other once. How did that change happen if it did? Has there been a draw yet?

Yes. Is still seeded.

Calvary and SG agreed to take the 4 and 5 seeds and not play all the other teams.

Seeds have yet to be determined. Next Friday's Brossart/ Scott game will finish things up.

A BB win, and they're the #1 seed, Campbell would be the #2, and Scott is the #3.

If Scott wins, they go to a coin flip.

Yes it is seeded. Calvary and Silver Grove elected not to play Campbell County and Scott thus automatically taking the #4 and #5 seeds. (Heritage Academy does the same thing in the 33rd district).

Brossart has beaten Campbell County.

If Brossart wins then they are the #1 seed and play the Calvary/Grove winner. Campbell/Scott would play.

If Scott wins then it is a 3 way tie and a draw/coin flip for the #1 seed.

Beat me to it :thumb:

They should play home and home to make the seeding process easier.

Can't do it due to facilities.

Wouldn't help. They would still split the series and end up with a coin flip.

I think it should be decided by a coaches cage match. Russell would have the decided size advantage and leverage, but I could see Carr or Code pulling it out.

Never understood how that makes things easier. If you play one game then you have the tiebreaker.

No way these teams would agree to a home/home every year. For one, the big three playing SG and Calvary twice doesn't make sense. Brossart doesn't have the facility to host a game with Campbell, really isn't big enough for a game with Scott either.

Lastly all three teams play in the NKAC where they are locked into a certain amount of games against mainly ninth region teams.
