I have seen the proposed alignment for 2007 (in another thread on BGP). If I’m not mistaken Raceland and Fairview will both be AA and in the same district. Good news for your rivalry.

That's ok greybeard. I thought I was the only one like that. I can't remember the other teams involved but the Rams would be in the dist. with Prestonsburg if they move to 2A. The Independent had it listed along with all the other new pairings but I have lost my copy.
