The Child Pornography slippery slope...

Featured Replies

That's called rape...

I also agree but I was talking about pictures.

Believe me I bet I have less sympathy for those than anyone on this site.

How about naked pictures of babies taking baths...is that bad?

There has to be some common sense but as G stated,it is a slippery slope.

Not on my phone but with a camera I have a pict of my 2yr olds butt tryin to potty train.

I always thought it was common to take a pict of your kid when they were babies layin on their belly on a blanket naked to see how little they used to be when they get older

I think every one does that

I think every one does that

If I am not mistaken, wasn't there a couple of parents in the news a while back that a babysitter or someone saw some photos like these and called the law?

As far as the topic; I think with anyone under 18 it should be handled a little differently where there is not years of consequences. I believe that at a young age, maybe 5th/6th grade, start having seminars, assemblies or whatever at least yearly, let the kids know things about this topic and others. As far as this topic, that they shouldn't trust anyone with their photos, that if it gets on the web, that they will more than likely be there forever.

A few years back there was a kid who I think was in junior high in Kenton Co who had nude photos of a girl or girls in his school. They were talking about the kid being a felon and having to be on the list possibly for life. I don't think a kid at that age should be treated the same as an adult. But both males and females need to know that they have a responsibility not to send out nude photos of themselves.

Seems like there was a story about that.
