Thanks RP. Couldn't make the trip so I appreciate your quick fingered play by play.

Congrats to Coach Kirk and the Panthers!

Bourbon played without leading scorer Ameryon Blackburn, but led by 3 at the half. But Augusta outscored Bourbon 17-4 in the 3rd, which made the difference in the game. Colonels just couldn't come all the way back from that.

Unofficially, Chandler Thomas led all scorers with 25. He had a ton of those in the 4th quarter.

Also unofficially, Connor Maddox led Augusta with 19. Owens Crawford added 15 and Tanner Pugh 14. Pugh had a nice game off the bench, but he started the 2nd half.

Panthers get Campbell County in the finals on Saturday, while the Colonels face Harrison County in the consolation.

Anxious to see how my Panthers perform this early against a veteran top level team. Whatever happens early for the Panthers, they get better throughout the season as Snapp heals and the younger players without varsity experience gain confidence.
